Moroccan cooking class in Marrakech

If you love cooking and the culinary arts, this activity is ideal for you. In the Moroccan cooking workshop you will discover some of the secrets of Moroccan cuisine and learn to cook some of its most typical dishes. It is also a great activity for families with children.

The class can be taken in the morning or in the afternoon. Participants first go to the market to buy the main ingredients, always accompanied by our assistants. Once we have the ingredients, we head to the riad where the workshop takes place.

There, one or more cooks show you, through demonstrations and instructions, how to prepare these magnificent dishes: Moroccan salads, harira, couscous, chicken/kefta/beef tajine, pastilla, tangia. It is a hands-on activity: whatever your cooking experience, what matters is taking part.

Once the dishes are ready, participants enjoy the menu they have prepared, for lunch or dinner, with the help of our cooks.
