Day 1: Fes – Midelt

After breakfast we head to Midelt via Ifrane, also known as the Switzerland of Morocco. We stop in the Azrou forest to watch the macaques climbing the cedars, then continue through the Middle Atlas mountains. Arrival in Midelt and hotel accommodation with dinner and breakfast.

Day 2: Midelt – Merzouga

After breakfast we drive through the Ziz Valley and its gorges to Errachidia and on to Erfoud, famous as the capital of fossils. Then to Merzouga and the Erg Chebbi desert, where the day is devoted to enjoying the peace of the desert. Hotel accommodation with dinner and breakfast.

Day 3: Desert route – night in a haima

After breakfast we begin the great dune route through many desert villages, including Khamlia, where we stop to enjoy Gnawa music, and continue visiting desert nomads in their haimas — discovering a new meaning of life… In the afternoon we ride the dromedaries to spend the night among the dunes under a starry sky. Accommodation in a haima with dinner and breakfast.

Day 4: Merzouga desert – Todra

We get up early to watch the beautiful sunrise and climb the dunes, then ride back to the hotel for a shower. We continue to the Todra Gorges via Rissani, stopping to visit its traditional souk, considered the largest in southern Morocco. Night at the hotel near the Todra Gorges with dinner and breakfast.

Day 5: Todra – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, a short walk in the gorges before continuing to the Dades Valley, the Valley of Roses and the Skoura oases. Arrival in Ouarzazate, the city of cinema. Riad accommodation with dinner and breakfast.

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech

After breakfast, before continuing to Marrakech, we visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, where many films have been shot, including Sahara, Kingdom of Heaven, Cleopatra and Gladiator. We then cross the High Atlas via the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2,260 m), passing many Berber villages and farms. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon and riad accommodation.
